I hold recognised qualifications in Nutritional Therapy with over 250 clinical hours in practice, and a supplementary diploma in Plant-based Nutrition.
I've been a full member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapists and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council since 2017 and am fully insured.
I regularly undertake CPD (continuing professional development) courses to stay up to date with the latest knowledge and information from both traditional and complementary medical communities.
Good nutrition should be a welcome part of your life which contributes to positive physical and mental health (it should not be about restrictive and unsustainable diets!)
Consultations take place within a nurturing and safe environment. We go at your pace and programmes are adapted to suit your specific needs.
I work alongside medical practitioners e.g. GPs and specialists when required and can accommodate current medical treatments so you don't feel pulled in different directions.
