Everyone is individual and there is no 'one size fits all' solution when it comes to wellness. Helen holds recognised qualifications in Nutritional Therapy and Vegan Nutrition and is a member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapists. 

She uses current scientific knowledge as the basis for recommendations so you can be assured that you are in good hands.
